(S)-(+)-カンプトテシンは、DNA-トポイソメラ-ゼⅠ複合体と不可逆的に結合してトポイソメラ-ゼⅠによる切断後のDNA再会合を阻害するとともに、DNAと共有結合する酵素をトラップします。酵素複合体は26Sプロテアソ-ムによりユビキチン化されて破壊されるため、細胞のトポイソメラ-ゼが枯渇します。低用量で細胞周期をS期でをブロックするほか、細胞周期に依存的・非依存的なプロセスで多くの正常細胞株・腫瘍細胞株のアポト-シスを誘導します。

What is Product C9911, (S)-(+)-Camptothecin, soluble in?

This product is soluble in DMSO (10 mg/mL). At higher concentrations, heating is required for the product to dissolve completely (approximately 10 minutes at 95°C), but some precipitation occurs upon cooling to room temperature. It is also soluble in 1 N NaOH (50 mg/mL) and methanol (50 mg/mL).
