BTK(ブルトンチロシンキナーゼ)は、Bリンパ球の分化と活性化に重要な役割を果たしています。BTKは、B細胞やT細胞レセプターの刺激で活性化されるFYN、LYN、HCK分子のSRCホモロジー3ドメインと相互作用します。BTK遺伝子の欠損が原因となっているX連鎖型免疫不全の無ガンマグロブリン血症は成熟B細胞が産生されないことが特徴であり、イムノグロブリンH鎖再構成の異常を伴っています。BTKはその特異的な役割から抗癌剤、抗炎症剤、抗ウイルス剤をはじめとする治療薬のターゲットとして有望視されています。

50 mMリン酸ナトリウムバッファー(pH 7.0、300 mM NaCl、150 mMイミダゾール、0.1 mM PMSF、0.2 mM DTT、25%グリセロール含有)で提供されます。
