Acetylcholine chloride EP Reference standard, intended for use in laboratory tests only as specifically prescribed in the European Pharmacopoeia.
Biochem/physiol Actions
コリン作動性シナプスの内因性神経伝達物質です。 筋細胞膜の活動電位を増幅し、筋収縮を誘導します。
塩化アセチルクロリンを体重1 kg当たり20 mg注入すると、実験的に敗血症を誘発させたマウスの死亡率および血漿中炎症誘発性サイトカインが減少します。コリン作動性抗炎症機序は、おそらくアセチルコリンと単球、マクロファージおよび好中球上のα7nコリン受容体の相互作用に媒介されると思われ、この機序はTNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6などの炎症誘発性サイトカインの濃度を低下させます。
