アミノエチルメタクリレート塩酸塩（AMA）は、コーティング、接着剤、医療機器などの幅広い用途に使用されるポリマーおよびコポリマーの製造に使用されるアミンベースのメタクリルモノマーです。メタクリレート基が存在するため反応性が高いモノマーであり、フリーラジカル重合と他の重合反応の両方を行うことができます。生体適合性があり毒性が低いため、生物医学研究において、およびハイドロゲルやその他の生体材料の架橋剤として広く使用されています。生物医学分野で広く使用されている生体適合性カチオンポリマーであるポリ（2-アミノエチルメタクリレート）の合成に使用されます。[1][2]

アプリケーション

2-アミノエチルメタクリレート塩酸塩（AMA）は、以下を合成するための前駆体として使用できます：
  • AMAのホモおよびコポリマーブラシ。シリコンウェーハの電気化学的特性を調整するために使用できます
  • 組織工学用途向けのポリ(3-ヒドロキシ酪酸)ベースのポリウレタン/尿素複合足場。
  • 抗菌性バクテリアセルロース/ポリ（AMA）ナノコンポジット。ポリマーを組み込むことで、バクテリアセルロース膜に機械的特性と抗菌活性が付与されます。
トリアジン媒介アミド化によるヒアルロン酸の効率的な官能化にも使用できます。

  1. How can I determine the shelf life / expiration / retest date of this product?

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.

    1. Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature.
