    1. This product is purified form a natural source and not synthetically derived. Therefore, the exact structure of the product is not determined. The exact composition, is also not determined, especially the fatty acids, and this may vary with different lots.

      Assuming stearoyl and oleoyl composition the molecular weight is approx. 750 g/mol. The product can contain around 60% plasmalogen.
