Allgemeine Beschreibung
Ready-to-use buffer for dilution of antibodies in all immunoassays. This buffer contains immunoglobulin free BSA and does not contain phosphate, sodium azide or mercury preservatives. It can be used for dilution of all antibodies, including peroxidase conjugates and antibodies to phosphoproteins. Not suitable for dilution of antibodies to S100 proteins.
Anwendung
For dilution of primary or secondary antibodies. The diluted antibodies can be stored at 2-8 °C for several weeks.

How are the Universal Antibody Dilution Buffers, Products U3635 and U3510, to be used?

The dilution buffer can be used with either primary or secondary antibodies. It is "ready-to-use"; that is, the dilution buffer itself does not need to be further diluted before use.Dilute the antibody as recommended in the antibody manufacturer's protocol. Generally, antibodies that have been diluted with Product U3635/U3510 can be stored refrigerated at 2-8°C for several weeks.
