Allgemeine Beschreibung
Acetonitril (MeCN) wird verbreitet als Lösungsmittel in verschiedenen Studien eingesetzt und weist eine hohe dielektrische Konstante (37,5) auf. Berichten zahlreicher Wissenschaftler zufolge wurden unterschiedliche Aufreinigungsmethoden eingesetzt, um verschiedene Acetonitril-Qualitätsgrade zur Verwendung in verschiedenen Studien (Polarographie, Spektroskopie usw.) zu erzeugen.[1]
Anwendung
Acetonitril (MeCN) kann als Extraktionslösungsmittel bei der quantitativen Bestimmung von Pestizid-Rückständen in Obst und Gemüse eingesetzt werden.[2]
