Allgemeine Beschreibung

Pharmaceutical secondary standards for application in quality control, provide pharma laboratories and manufacturers with a convenient and cost-effective alternative to the preparation of in-house working standards.
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter which is a naturally occurring catecholamine. Dopamine hydrochloride salt is indicated as a medicine for the treatment of acute congestive and renal failures.[1]

Anwendung

Dopamine hydrochloride may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations by spectrophotometry,[1][2] colorimetry and chromatography.[3]
