Mouse IFN-γ ELISA Kit has been used to measure serum proinflammatory cytokine levels in a renal ischemia/reperfusion injury model.[1]
Ações bioquímicas/fisiológicas
Interferon γ (IFN-γ) regulates cell differentiation and inflammatory responses. It stimulates the expression of apoptotic mediators. IFN-γ is associated with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It reduces the differentiation of T helper (Th) 17 cells and osteoclasts.[2] IFN-γ has immunomodulatory and antiviral activity. It is associated with autoimmune pathology. IFN-γ provides protection against tumor development.[3]
