Daidzin is a plant isoflavone glycoside[1][2] and a potent inhibitor of human mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH-I).[3]
Anwendung
Daidzin may be used as a reference standard in the determination of daidzin in the root of Pueraria lobate using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).[3][4]

Comparative study on reduction of bone loss and lipid metabolism abnormality in ovariectomized rats by soy isoflavones, daidzin, genistin, and glycitin.
In order to differentiate two species of Radix Puerariae (Radix Puerariae lobatae and Radix Puerariae thomsonii) and to determine major isoflavonoids (puerarin, daidzin, daidzein and genistein) in the samples, a simple high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with isocratic elution
Determination of puerarin, daidzin and daidzein in root of Pueraria lobata of different origin by HPLC.
