Hinweis: 1 Set = 1 Fläschchen lyophilisierter Protease-Inhibitor-Cocktail und 1 Fläschchen DMSO, 5 Sets = 5 Fläschchen lyophilisierter Protease-Inhibitor-Cocktail und 5 Fläschchen DMSO, 1 ml.

Protease-Inhibitor-Cocktail-Set II enthält fünf Protease-Inhibitoren für die Hemmung von Asparagin-, Cystein-, Serin-, Metallproteasen und Aminopeptidasen. Empfohlen für bakterielle Zellextrakte.

Hemmt ein breites Spektrum von Serinproteasen, Cysteinproteasen, Asparaginproteasen sowie Metallproteasen und Aminopeptidasen.

Preparation Note

Dieses Produkt wird als rekonstitutionsbereiter lyophilisierter Feststoff geliefert. Dieser Protease-Inhibitor-Cocktail kann bedarfsgerecht entweder als Einzelfläschen plus ein Fläschchen mit 1,0 ml DMSO oder als Set mit 5 Fläschchen plus 5 Fläschchen mit je 1,0 ml DMSO bestellt werden. Jedes Fläschchen Protease-Inhibitor-Cocktail zuerst mit 1 ml DMSO rekonstituieren. Sanft mischen. Dann 4 ml Wasser hinzugeben. Die Lösung sieht trüb aus.

Nach der Rekonstitution aliquotieren und bei -20 °;C einfrieren. Das rekonstituierte Material ist bei -20 °;C bis zu 6 Monate haltbar.
