  1. It says to add 1.4g to a liter of medium. Would this mean you would need to add 14g to a 10X stock solution that is suggested when preparing yeast nitrogen base without AA.

    1. Mathematically, yes, this would mean 14 grams would be added to a 10X stock. However, studies of the solubility of this supplement at 10X have not been performed. The end user should attempt this using a smaller volume to verify solubility.
