一般說明

我们的Alpha 1抗胰蛋白酶是一种人血浆蛋白。根据FDA批准的检测，它不含有HBsAg、HCV、HBc并具有抗HIV1和HIV2阴性。
AAT基因（α 1抗胰蛋白酶）定位于人类染色体14q32.1。[1]AAT是一种急性期血浆蛋白。[2]它是一种水溶性糖蛋白。AAT主要由肝细胞、巨噬细胞和某些癌细胞分泌。[3]AAT也被成为Serpin A1。

應用

来自人血浆的AAT（α1抗胰蛋白酶）已作为标准品用于检查AAT是否存在于良性和恶性淋巴网状细胞和组织中。[4]

生化／生理作用

AAT（α1抗胰蛋白酶）可作为丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂，其靶标为弹性蛋白酶、纤溶酶、胶原酶、凝血酶、白细胞蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶和纤溶酶原激活剂。[3][5]在临床上，它的缺乏与两种主要疾病有关：肺气肿和早期发作/青少年肝硬化。[3][6]它会在发炎、恶性肿瘤、肝病、妊娠以及外科手术创伤和使用口服避孕药后升高。[7][8]AAT和铜蓝蛋白的同时定量测定可对肝病进行鉴别诊断。AAT的升高是对组织坏死和炎症的一种急性反应。[9]它可能可以作为皮肤鳞状细胞癌、乙型肝炎、胰岛素瘤、NSCLC（非小细胞肺癌）、乳头状甲状腺癌、肺癌和乳腺癌的一种生物标志物。[10]

However, when 11-14% carbohydrate content is considered, the molecular weight increases to a maximum of about 58,000. Despite this, physical measurements of the molecular weight have varied from 63,000 to 70,500.
