應用

D-谷氨酰胺已用于研究其在保护乙醛诱导的Caco-2细胞单层屏障功能破坏中的作用。[2]

生化/生理作用

谷氨酰胺通过α-酮戊二酸和谷氨酸形成氨基酸转氨作用的中心代谢产物。这种氨基酸通过不同的酶代谢,例如存在于肝脏中的谷氨酰胺酶和存在于骨骼肌中的谷氨酰胺合成酶。在细胞质中由其他氨基酸产生,主要由支链氨基酸和谷氨酸产生。它在氨代谢和解毒中起着至关重要的作用。其骨骼肌水平在创伤、手术和炎症状态后显著降低。它可作为致命败血症的预后标志物,在此期间其骨骼肌水平降低了90%。[1]
