一般說明
RNase A溶液是粉末状RNase A的方便替代品。它是牛胰核糖核酸酶A的高度纯化制剂，适用于选择性去除RNA。它已经经过预处理去除DNase I，适用于在质粒和基因组DNA[1]纯化过程中去除RNA污染。在10 mM Tris-HCl，1 mM EDTA，50%甘油，pH 7.5中以10 mg/ml的浓度提供。
