應用

  • 作为金属含量均衡的化学配制膳食维生素成分,用于金属消耗研究
  • 作为化学成分明确培养基 (CDM) 成分,用于培养金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus) WSPPA
  • 用作研究蛋白表达和后翻译后修饰特异性荷电异质性影响的维生素

生化/生理作用

吡哆醇可作为氨基酸、碳水化合物和脂质代谢的必需辅酶。吡哆醇缺乏与周围神经病变、小细胞性贫血和脑电图异常有关。这一物质广泛参与影响细胞进程的生化反应。吡哆醇可用作在培养基中降解的吡哆醛的替代品。
