一般說明

抗-FLAG® HS,M2涂层板的设计可确保比其他孔板更高的结合能力。这是由于板上含有抗-FLAG® M2小鼠单克隆IgG1抗体。抗体经由抗体的Fc部分共价连接至微量滴定板的表面。

應用

ANTI-FLAG®高灵敏、M2包被96孔板可用于酶联免疫吸附测定。它是捕获和检测FLAG®标签融合蛋白的即用型便捷平台。ANTI-FLAG® M2抗体通过Fc部分共价连接孔板表面,可检测1 ng FLAG融合蛋白/孔,最多300ng/孔。适用于表达筛选、蛋白质互作研究和ELISA分析。ANTI-FLAG®P2983高灵敏M2包被多孔板在Sigma′ GMP设施中按ISO 9002标准生产,采用聚苯乙烯平底板。

儲存和穩定性

微孔板打开后,应当在2- 8 °C下以干燥剂储存,并在两星期内使用。

组分:
提供的微孔板为96孔板,底部和侧面是透明的。
包被:
抗FLAG® M2小鼠单克隆抗体IgG1在200 ml/孔的反应体积下包被。
封闭:
为方便使用,微孔是以含有牛血清蛋白的复合物溶液按275 至300 ml/孔的量预先封闭。
特异性:
微孔板对FLAG表位有特异性,无论其在融合蛋白中的位置如何:氨基末端、蛋氨酸氨基末端、羧基末端或内部。与表位的结合不依赖于Ca2+
灵敏度:
以磷酸对硝基苯酯(pNPP)为底物在ELISA中可以检测出1 ng/孔的对照融合蛋白。
容量:
研究表明可以捕获100至300ng/孔的FLAG融合蛋白。
