一般說明

鸡蛋清清蛋白(或卵清蛋白)是蛋清的主要蛋白质成分。鸡蛋清白蛋白是磷酸化糖蛋白。根据氨基酸序列,卵清蛋白的肽部分由 385 个残基组成,分子量为 42.7kDa。

應用

卵清蛋白可用作蛋白质电泳的标记物(∼45 kDa)。卵清蛋白已用于构建哮喘的动物模型。卵清蛋白已用作EliCell测定中细胞培养基,用于检测由嗜酸性粒细胞释放的细胞因子。
研究DNA免疫分布影响的研究在抗体测定过程使用了卵清蛋白。
