General description
プロテアーゼ・ホスファターゼインヒビターカクテルは、細胞抽出物中のインタクトタンパク質と未修飾タンパク質の収量を増やすように設計されています。プロテアーゼ・ホスファターゼインヒビターカクテル混合物は、セリン、システイン、酸性プロテアーゼ、アミノペプチダーゼを阻害します。 セリン／スレオニンタンパク質ホスファターゼおよびアルカリホスファターゼのL-アイソザイムも阻害します。 このカクテルは、ヒト胎盤およびウシ肝臓などさまざまな動物組織からの抽出物、ならびにA431細胞、CHO細胞、U937細胞の抽出物においてテストされています。プロテアーゼおよびホスファターゼインヒビターカクテルは、DMSOを溶媒とするready-to-use溶液として供給されます。
Application
プロテアーゼ・ホスファターゼインヒビターカクテルは、以下の目的のための放射線免疫沈降アッセイ（RIPA）バッファーにおけるサプリメントとして使用されています：
- 細胞タンパク質抽出用
- 精製CD4+ T細胞の溶解用
- 胎盤組織・細胞からのタンパク質抽出物の調製
プロテアーゼおよびホスファターゼインヒビターカクテルはタンパク質単離バッファーに使用されています。
Preparation Note
生物学的抽出物中のカクテルの推奨希釈液は、組織または細胞から抽出されたタンパク質500 mgあたりカクテル1 mLです。多くの場合、カクテルは最終濃度1％（v/v）、100 mLの抽出バッファーあたり1 mLのカクテル溶液で使用できます。
