Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail Set IV, Phosphatase inhibitor Cocktail Set IV is a cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors for the inhibition of both serine/threonine and alkaline phosphatases.
A cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors for the inhibition of both serine/threonine and alkaline phosphatases. Available as a 1 ml vial or as a set of five 1 ml vials. Each vial contains a 1 ml solution with the following components: 500 µM Cantharidin (Cat. No. 210155), 2.5 mM (-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate, and 1 µM Calyculin A, Discodermia calyx (Cat. No. 208851).
A cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors specially formulated for inhibition of alkaline phosphatases as well as serine/threonine protein phosphatases such as PP1 and PP2A. May be used with cell lysates and tissue extracts, including extracts containing detergents. Supplied as 1 ml or a set of five 1 ml vials. Each vial contains 1 ml phosphatase inhibitor cocktail solubilized in 95% DMSO, consisting of the following components:

Multiple screens performed in Drosophila, Caenorhabditis elegans, Xenopus, and zebrafish have identified dozens of proteins participating in Wnt signal transduction. Epistasis experiments, enhancer and suppressor screens, and protein-protein interaction techniques have also been efficient at finding new pathway members, connecting

Acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 2 (ALDH2) is the second enzyme involved in the breakdown of acetaldehyde into acetic acid during the process of alcohol metabolism. Roughly 40% of East Asians carry one or two ALDH2*2 alleles, and the presence of ALDH2 genetic
Reperfusion therapy is the preferred treatment for ischemic stroke, but is hindered by its short treatment window, especially in patients with diabetes whose reperfusion after prolonged ischemia is often accompanied by exacerbated hemorrhage. The mechanisms underlying exacerbated hemorrhage are not
The role of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) in human cancer is incompletely understood. In a metabolite screening, we observed that inhibition of H3K9 methylation suppressed aerobic glycolysis and enhances the PPP in human mesothelioma cells. Genome-wide screening identified G6PD as an
