特徴および利点
SIGMAFAST™ OPDタブレットは、追加のバッファーや手順を必要とせずに活性型の基質溶液を調製できます。
注意
本基質は吸湿性、感光性があります。
再構成
1錠を20 mLの脱イオン水に溶解すると、そのまま使用可能なOPD(および尿素‐過酸化水素)含有バッファ-溶液が得られます。
OPDと過酸化尿素/バッファーのタブレット各1タブレットを水20 mLに溶解すると、基質溶液20 mL分としてそのまま使用できます。この方法でタブレットを溶解した場合、最終濃度は0.4 mg/mL OPD、0.4 mg/mL過酸化尿素、0.05 Mリン酸-クエン酸(pH 5.0)となります。タブレットはそれぞれ個別にホイル包装されています。

The Substrate Solution is light-sensitive and should be protected from direct sunlight or UV sources in a
