This product is a solution containing 1 nanomole or 1000 picomoles of Cytochrome P450 3A4. The concentration of several parameters varies from lot to lot and is reported in the product Certificate of Analysis. As noted in the 'PROPERTIES' section, each vial will have a range of 3.5-25 mg protein/mL, 50-150 nmol/mL P450, and 6-14 nmol/mg protein. For example, a recent lot was found to have a P450 concentration of 13 nmol/mg protein and 5.1 mg protein/mL. The volume of the 1000 picomole package for this lot is 1.5 uL. シトクロム P450 3A4（CYP3A4）は、シトクロム P450（P450）のアイソフォームの 1 つです。[3]シトクロム P450（P450）は、汚染物質、環境化合物、および薬物分子などの内因性化合物や生体異物の処理に重要な役割を果たします。CYP3A4 は、さまざまな代謝プロセスを通じて市販薬の 90% 以上を酸化します。[3][4]小児クローン’病では、CYP3A4 mRNA の発現が上昇します。[5] さらに、メフェナセット、アミプロホスメチル、ピリブチカルブ、ノルフルラゾン、トリフルラリン、ペンディメタリン、クロロトルロン、クロロアセトアミドなどの除草剤に対して高い耐性を示します。
