調製ノート

蒸留水1 Lに42 gを溶解します。121°Cで15分間オートクレーブ滅菌します。

その他情報

著しく汚染された材料からのリステリア菌種の単離用培地におけるベースアガー[1]；グループA連鎖状球菌プロテアーゼの検出のための、シンプルなプレートアッセイ用。[2]
