Per ottenere una buona forma del picco nella fase LC-ABZ, non sono generalmente richieste operazioni di soppressione del silanolo, quali l′utilizzo di ammine in competizione, l′impiego di un′elevata forza ionica e la regolazione delle fasi mobili a pH estremi.
