Applicazioni

TCPOBOP has been used for enhancing Mcl-1-Italics promoter functions in mouse hepatoma cells[1]. TCPOBOP has also been used to study constitutive androstane receptor(CAR)-induced gene expression in mouse hepatocytes[2].

Azioni biochim/fisiol

TCPOBOP enhances the nuclear receptor CAR transactivation of cytochrome P450 (CYP), as dose-dependent direct agonist of CAR.
TCPOBOP enhances the nuclear receptor CAR transactivation of cytochrome P450 (CYP), as dose-dependent direct agonist of CAR. The most potent known member of the phenobarbital-like class of CYP-inducing agents.

  1. I want to disolve my TCPOBOP in DMSO for later administration to mice (3mg/kg) At which temperature should I store thedisolved TCPOBOP? How long would it last?

    1 risposta
    1. As stated in the PROPERTIES section of the product page, this material is soluble in DMSO at >10 mg/mL. It has not been tested for in vivo or in vitro applications and is not a sterile product. Solutions should be filter sterilized prior to administration. Stock solutions in DMSO may be stored aliquoted at -20°C for up to 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. See the link below to review a sample Certificate of Analysis:
