Il reagente di trasfezione X-tremeGENE HP DNA è un reattivo multi-componente che forma complessi con DNA e li trasporta all′interno di cellule di animali o insetti.

Features and Benefits

Il reagente di trasfezione del DNA X-tremeGENE HP è un reagente di alta qualità che trasfetta un′ampia gamma di cellule eucariote, incluse quelle di insetti e linee cellulari difficili da trasfettare (ad esempio, Sf9, U-2 OS, MEF, MCF7, Hep G2, PC-3, HeLa, HT-29, HT-1080, K-562, RAW 264.7, Jurkat, PC-12, e HCT 116).

  • Approfitta di un reagente non liposomiale semplice da usare, esente da componenti di origine animale, stabile a temperatura ambiente, filtrato attraverso una membrana da 0,2 μm e attivo in terreni di coltura contenenti siero.
  • Raggiungi nuovi livelli di efficienza di trasfezione in cellule primarie e linee di cellule tumorali difficili da trasfettare con altri reagenti.
  • Genera risultati fisiologicamente importanti con un reagente a bassa citotossicità.
  • Aumenta la produttività sperimentale e permetti la validazione del bersaglio usando un protocollo semplice e ripetibile.

Physical form

Forniti in etanolo all′80% e filtrati sterilmente attraverso membrane con pori da 0,2 μm. Non contiene nessun ingrediente di origine umana o animale. Numero dei Test: Usando procedura standard, 1 mL di reagente di trasfezione X-tremeGENE HP DNA si può usare fino a 10.000 trasfezioni in piastre da 96 pozzetti.

Analysis Note

Ogni lotto di reagente di trasfezione X-tremeGENE HP DNA è rigorosamente testato seguendo criteri prestabiliti di qualità per assicurare che il prodotto abbia prestazioni in linea con le specifiche. Durante le prove per la qualità, le cellule sono trasfettate con un vettore DNA gene reporter usando reagente di trasfezione X-tremeGENE HP DNA (rapporto 3:1 ¼L/¼g DNA). L′attività genica del reporter è monitorata via chemiluminescenza. Usando una curva standard la quantità totale di proteina ricombinante è determinata per ogni pozzetto per rispettare la specifica.
