特點和優勢
- 当制备 cDNA 库或处理特异性引物不适合的情况时,可以将随机九聚体与锚定寡聚 (dT)23 引物(货号 O4387)组合。

- 随机九聚体′ 在较高温度(高达 65°C)下的引发能力会降低,请确保它们不会干扰转录后的聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)。
