應用

生化／生理作用
乳过氧化物酶通过灭活多种微生物来促进牛奶的抗菌系统。这种乳过氧化物酶介导的抗菌系统也见于人类分泌物，如泪液、唾液和乳汁。乳过氧化物酶通过释放H2O2催化分子氧化。产物具有抗菌活性。
