杜氏(Dulbecco′s)磷酸盐缓冲液(DPBS)是在组织培养中广泛使用的平衡盐溶液(BSS)。

應用

在制备和连续转移过程中,可使用D-PBS清洗细胞。
杜氏磷酸盐缓冲液已用于:
  • 作为模拟生理溶液成分,体外研究Fe–20Mn–1.2C合金的降解行为
  • 溶解朝鲜当归(Angelica gigas)粉末进行微囊化
  • 在细胞培养物处理、愈伤试验、transwell试验和凋亡试验中用于清洗细胞
  • 洗涤羊膜用于细胞分析

生化/生理作用

杜氏磷酸盐缓冲液可维持细胞渗透压平衡,作为灌洗、运输和稀释用液。它提供正常细胞代谢必需的水和大量无机离子。混入葡萄糖等糖后,这种缓冲盐可提供细胞代谢所需的主要能量。它的缓冲能力可使培养基维持在生理pH范围内。
