應用

氯化乙酰胆碱已用于制备乙酰胆碱,是乙酰胆碱(ACh)离子导入的常用溶媒。它还用于处理aNS-1来源神经元以进行cAMP(环腺苷单磷酸)分析,也用于检测其对G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)的影响作用。

生化/生理作用

氯化乙酰胆碱,20mg/kg体重注射,减少小鼠实验性诱发脓毒病的死亡和血浆促炎细胞因子。类胆碱能抗-炎症机制可能通过乙酰胆碱和 α7n单核细胞,巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞上的胆红素受体互作接待,降低了促炎细胞活素,比如 TNF-α,IL-1β,和IL-6。
胆碱能突触中的内源性神经递质,通过增强肌膜动作电位来触发肌肉收缩反应。
