應用
组胺用于:
- 刺激调节型细胞分泌
- 在反应混合物中,活化血液,通过荧光测定法测定凝血酶(因子iia)活性
- 填充腔室腔侧,研究其对TJ相关屏障的影响以及声带上皮中TJ(紧密连接)标志物的表达
生化/生理作用
内源性 H1 和 H2 组胺受体激动剂;H1 的活化可以使 Ca2+ 移动;H2 的活化可促进神经元中腺苷酸环化酶的活性;活化一氧化氮合成酶;有效的血管舒张剂。
组胺参与先天免疫应答和获得性免疫应答,介导过敏和炎症。有助于肠道肌肉收缩。在过敏性休克过程中,组胺引起支气管收缩。组胺还参与分泌胃酸、控制上皮和内皮屏障。
