    1. The internal diameter of this product is approximately 10 mm. No SPE frit insertion tool is needed to easily push the frits.

  2. Are the top caps of the Reversible SPE tubes removable to allow packing with custom resin, and are the connections a standard luer lock size?

    1. Yes, the cap on the Reversible Solid Phase Extraction Tubes is removable. The top fitting is a standard female luer fitting, and the bottom fitting is a standard male luer fitting. The frit pore size is 20/40 µm.
