Applicazioni

• Extraction and analysis of α-Chaconine: A novel extraction method using ultrasound-assisted extraction followed by HPLC-DAD was developed for analyzing bioactive glycoalkaloids like α-Chaconine in potato peel waste. This method offers a greener, quicker, and more efficient approach for natural product biosynthesis studies in food science (Martínez-García et al., 2024).
