Western Blocker Solution is used to block both PVDF and nitrocellulose membranes after proteins have been transferred onto them through dot blotting or Western blotting; blocking is performed to reduce or eliminate nonspecific binding of primary or secondary antibodies.
Anwendung
Western Blocker-Lösung wurde für Detektionssysteme mit Meerrettichperoxidase (HRP)-Konjugaten optimiert. Es ist auch mit alkalischer Phosphatase-basierten Systemen kompatibel.

- Does not inhibit weak HRP signals, as many milk-based blockers do.
