This product may be reconstituted in 10 mM Potassium Phosphate, pH 7 at 5mg/mL. The stock solution is expected to be stabe for at least 1 week when stored refrigerated. For assay purposes, the enzyme is prepared just prior to use with ice cold 10 mM Potassium Phosphate, pH 7 solution duluted to 1.0 - 3.0 U/mL.
