Allgemeine Beschreibung

The Anti-c-Myc peroxidase conjugate rabbit antibody reacts with c-Myc tagged fusion proteins. It recognizes the c-Myc tag sequence expressed at either the amino- or the carboxyl-terminus.

Spezifität

N-terminal oder C-terminal markierte (Glu-Gln-Lys-Leu-Ile-Ser-Glu-Glu-Asp-Leu) c-Myc-Fusionsproteine.

Immunogen

Peptid entsprechend den Aminosäuren 408–425 des humanen c-myc-Proto-Onkogens, über einen C-terminalen hinzugefügten Cysteinrest an Maleimid-aktiviertes KLH konjugiert.

Anwendung

Antibody is suitable for immunoblotting.
