Anwendung

Ethyl acetate has been used to compose the eluent mixture for the flash silica gel chromatographic purification of the following compounds:[1]

• 3-(pyridin-2-yldisulfanyl)propan-1-ol
• 16-((3-((2-cyanobenzo[d]thiazol-6-yloxy)carbonyloxy)propyl)disulfanyl)hexadecanoic acid
• (S)-2-(6-((3-((15-carboxypentadecyl)disulfanyl)propoxy)carbonyloxy)benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxylic acid
• (S)-2-(6-((3-((15-carboxypentadecyl)disulfanyl)propoxy)carbonyloxy)-benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxylic acid

It may be used as solvent for the synthesis of γ-benzyl-L-glutamic acid N-carboxy anhydride (BLG-NCA).[2]
