Allgemeine Beschreibung
Dimethylsulfoxid-d6 (DMSO-d6) ist ein deuteriertes Lösungsmittel.[1] Es ist ein zu 100% isotopisch angereichertes Lösungsmittel für die Kernspinresonanz-Analytik. Aufgrund seiner hohen chemischen und Isotopen-Reinheit wird es vielfach bei hochauflösenden NMR-Studien eingesetzt Bei einer Lichtbestrahlung im Bereich von 193 bis 222 nm wird die Substanz zersetzt, um CD3 Radikale zu erzeugen. Quantenausbeuten von CD3 werden mittels Infrarot-Diodenlaser-Absorptionsspektroskopie bewertet.[2] 100 % DMSO-d6 wird als Lösungsmittel im langandauernden COSY-Experiment (Korrelationsspektroskopie) eingesetzt.[3]
Anwendung
Dimethylsulfoxid-D6 wurde als Lösungsmittel zur Freisetzung von Glucan bei der Proton-, 13C- (Carbon-13-) und 2D-NMR- (zweidimensionalen Kernspinresonanz-) -Spektralstudien eingesetzt.[4] Dimethylsulfoxid-D6 kann als Lösungsmittel für die Kernspinresonanzspektroskopie (NMR-Spektroskopie) der entsprechenden 1,3-Benzoxazine und 1,3-Benzoxazinone eingesetzt werden, die eine tendenziell antimikrobielle Wirkung aufweisen.[5]

If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life.
