O inibidor de ROCK (Y-27632) é um inibidor competitivo com ATP e seletivo de quinases proteicas associadas a Rho (ROCK), incluindo a p160Rock (Ki=140nM) e a Rock-II. Também age como potente inibidor da sensibilização a Ca2+ induzida por agonista da fosforilação de miosina e contração de músculo liso. Um tratamento de uma hora com 10uM de Y-27632 bloqueia a apoptose de células-tronco embrionárias humanas (CTEh) cultivadas dissociadas, aumentando a sobrevivência e a eficiência de clonagem das CTEh sem afetar sua pluripotência1. Recentemente, alguns relatos demonstraram que a aplicação de Y-27632 e Accutase (N.º do cat. SCR005), uma mistura formulada de enzimas digestivas, aumenta a taxa de sobrevivência pós-descongelamento de CTEh individuais usando métodos convencionais de congelamento lento e descongelamento rápido

    1. This product is soluble at 1 mM in water. The Certificate of Analysis recommends using sterile distilled water. Tissue culture grade water is suitable.
