A Lâmina EZ Millicell® permite que o usuário cultive, corrija e core células diretamente em uma lâmina de microscópio. Não há necessidade de desmontar a unidade ou transferir células de um dispositivo para outro antes da análise. Os poços de polipropileno são resistentes à maioria dos fixadores usados, de modo que as células possam ser cultivadas na lâmina e coradas diretamente no poço. Uma vez corada, a lâmina do microscópio pode ser facilmente removida pressionando as quatro abas laterais da unidade para baixo e levantando os poços para fora da lâmina. Essa fácil remoção de lâminas reduz o risco de danificar as células, e nenhuma ferramenta especial é necessária para remover os poços da lâmina. Os cantos elevados da tampa facilitam o empilhamento de várias unidades na incubadora, ou elas podem ser incubadas na bandeja fornecida com as unidades.

Nota de preparo

  1. Cultura, correção e coloração das células de acordo com o protocolo preferido.
  2. Para acessar a lâmina do microscópio, segure a Lâmina EZ Millicell® sobre uma superfície plana e quebre as quatro abas empurrando-as para baixo com o polegar. Remova a tampa. Segure a lâmina para baixo e levante os poços para removê-los. Remova a lâmina do suporte.
