- in mikrofluidischen Zellkulturen von embryonalen Stammzellen der Maus (mESC)[2]
- zum Lösen von Albumin für Adsorptionsstudien[3]
- in Experimenten mit PC12-Zellkulturen[4]
Die phosphatgepufferte Kochsalzlösung (DPBS) von Dulbecco, 10X, ist eine Stammlösung zur Herstellung von 1X D-PBS in Wasser von Zellkulturqualität (W3500). D-PBS dient zum Waschen von Zellen bei der Präparation und während der seriellen Übertragung.
