The working volume may vary based on the plant species and tissue type. Most applications will require sufficient head space for growth; generally 25 - 50% of the available volume.

Is the vessel stackable? Additionally, does one unit come with a box and lid, and do the lid or box have holes in them?

The vessels are stackable. They do not come with holes in them. The GA-7 Vessel with lid doesn’t have a hole in the bottom of the vessel, and the lid is not vented. Each unit includes one box and one cover, and covers are also available separately.
