生化/生理作用

伊托必利是乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AChE) 抑制剂和 D2 多巴胺受体拮抗剂。伊托必利是一种促胃动力药。
具有抗胆碱酯酶活性的多巴胺 D2 受体拮抗剂。
盐酸伊托必利通过阻断 D2 受体、突触后胆碱能神经上多巴胺的活性和诱导肌间神经丛中乙酰胆碱的释放,增强胃肠动力。它还能在乙酰胆碱酯酶的帮助下抑制释放的乙酰胆碱的水解。[1]
