應用

DAB（3,3′-二氨基联苯胺四盐酸盐）双组分增强液底物系统是过氧化物酶的沉淀底物系统。DAB 双组分液体底物系统会产生棕色沉淀，可用于免疫组织学和免疫印迹染色程序。

3,3′-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) Enhanced Liquid Substrate System tetrahydrochloride has been used as a substrate for peroxidase coupled secondary antibody.

生化／生理作用

3,3′-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) is a chromogenic substrate for peroxidase enzyme. It is converted to an insoluble precipitate after oxidation by peroxidase. This feature is exploited for visualization in histochemical (HC) and immunohistochemical (IHC) staining.[4]
