REDTaq® Genomic DNA Polymerase has been used as a component of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) mix for PCR amplification.[1] It has also been used as a component of the preamplification mix for PCR in amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis of Fusarium oxysporum sp. isolates.[2]
