定量分析组织和细胞培养物中总cGMP的非放射性、竞争性免疫检测方法。缓冲液含有0.1N HCl,促进细胞裂解、抑制内源性磷酸二酯酶并稳定环核苷酸。该试剂盒使用cGMP多克隆抗体,后者能够竞争性结合cGMP或共价连接碱性磷酸酶分子的cGMP。首先在抗兔IgG抗体包被的96孔板中向孔中加入底物。反应产生有色终产物,然后在多孔板酶标仪上读取405nm处的吸光度。对应颜色的荧光强度与孔中cGMP的浓度成反比。
