應用

LLCMK2 (Original) has been used to infect and maintain Trypanosoma cruzi parasite culture and as a medium for Sendai virus titer determination. It has also been used for viral culture.

培養基

EMEM (EBSS) (M2279) + 2 mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 1% NEAA (M7145) + 5% FBS / FCS (F2442).

例行更新培養

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:6, i.e., seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37 °C.
