應用

在小鼠瞳孔对光反射的研究中，氯化氨基甲酰胆碱已被用于：
  • 刺激转基因小鼠的胰岛素分泌 [1]
  • 诱导未分化和分化的人脂肪干细胞 (hASCs) 收缩 [2]
  • 介导虹膜收缩[3]

生化／生理作用

卡巴胆碱通过与毒蕈碱受体相互作用而引起泪液分泌。[4]本品为乙酰胆碱的类似物，为抗青光眼药。在纤毛突起中，卡巴胆碱连同一氧化氮 (NO) 一起调节 Na + 和 K + -atp 酶活性。[5]其刺激胰岛素囊泡转运至分泌站点以增加胰岛素分泌。[1]
抗胆碱酯酶操作的非选择性胆碱能激动剂；抑制培养的神经元凋亡，并可能诱导胸腺细胞凋亡。
