缓激肽(BK)片段(1-5)(RPPGF)是最稳定的天然代谢产物之一。可作为体内缓激肽产生的标志物。其生物活性依赖于C末端的一个完整的精氨酸(Arg)残基。BK 1-5是抑制α-凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集和分泌及钙离子动员的必需肽。还可抑制α-凝血酶在精氨酸和丝氨酸之间的位点切割凝血酶受体肽NATLDPRSFLLR。BK 1-5的这种抗凝血酶活性可能与激肽的心脏保护作用有关。
