氨基苯荧光素溶液（APF）是一种新型荧光探针。APF存在于非荧光形态，当发生氧化反应时，它转变为其荧光形态，被称为荧光素。激发波长为488nm，发射光谱监测范围为495-600nm，采用流式细胞术进行测量。[1]

應用
氨基苯荧光素溶液是检测嗜酸性粒细胞中产生的次溴酸（HOBr）的合适工具。它用于检测白细胞中血红素过氧化物酶的卤化活性。 [2] APF不与一氧化氮、超氧化物和过氧化氢反应；因此，它可以用于检测过氧亚硝酸盐的差异。
